Seasonal RV Daily, Weekly, and Monthly

Daily Rate: $32.00 Includes electric, trash and water.
Weekly Rate: $175.00 Includes electric, trash and water.
One Month Rate: $410.00 + electric, trash and water.
Two Month Rate: $820.00 + electric, trash and water.
Three Month Rate: $1,025.00 + electric, trash and water.
Four Month Rate: $1,220.00 + electric, trash and water.
Five Month Rate: $1,365.00 + electric, trash and water.
Six Month Rate: $1,485.00 + electric, trash and water.

A security deposit of $250.00 is required to hold a designated lot. Balance is due at time of check in.

Annual Rates

Single Lot (6x6): $178.75/Monthly $2,085.00/Yearly + electric, trash and water.
12 Month Occupancy $200.41/Monthly $2,345.00/Yearly + electric, trash and water.
Two Lots
$2,730.00/Yearly + electric, trash and water.

$5.00 fee per payment if paid by month.

Apartment Rates (Furnished)

Three Month Rate: $3,300.00 + electric, trash and water.
Four Month Rate: $3,865.00 + electric, trash and water.
Five Month Rate: $4,310.00 + electric, trash and water.

A security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a designated apartment. Three(3) months payment due at time of check in.

Additional Fees:

Rates are based on two(2) person occupancy, $2.00 per day per additional guest with a maximum  fourteen(14) day stay.
All guests must be registered in advance at park office and must wear guest badge at all times.

Electricity is sub-metered by Palm Shadows and not the local energy supplier. Resident's sub-metered bills are calculated pursuant to P.U.C. subst.R.25.142. C(1) (G), no administrative charge may be added under Texas State Law.

Late Fee: A past due fee of $25.00 is applied after ten(10) business days.

Garbage, sewer and water: $1.25 per day.

Wireless Internet on site $20.00 per month.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are refundable less $25.00 administration fee before September 1st, current year.

No refunds for early departures after arrival. Exemptions for the death of an immediate family member (ie: parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) will be made at the discretion of management when a  written request accompanied by a physician's statement or death certificate is submitted with in three weeks of incident.

Lots rented on a seasonal basis my be reassigned if someone desires to rent annually.  First, the seasonal renter will be notified and given the opportunity to rent the lot annually.

Pets welcome: Subject to resort regulations.

Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request, renew a rental and to utilize vacant spaces. Management assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or loss caused by resident or other residents.
